What are CNIPA official notices?
After filing, CNIPA communicates through official notices in Chinese. Ginbing posts the Chinese original and an English translation to your order when each official notice is received.

How Ginbing handles notices
Ginbing reads each CNIPA notice and posts the original, English translation, deadline, and available action in the Notices area of your signed-in order. Messages is a separate room where you can ask about the notice or report suspicious correspondence received outside Ginbing.
A typical early notice is the filing receipt, which confirms CNIPA accepted the application and assigned an application number. A correction request or non-acceptance path can arise before that point. The examination, publication, and registration stages are covered in after you file.
Notices that need a decision
Some notices carry deadlines or need a decision, such as a correction request, a refusal, or a third-party opposition during publication. Ginbing translates and flags these so you can see the issue in time. If CNIPA refuses all or part of the application, read how a refusal changes the filing path.
