Where we stand today
Ginbing uses AI tools to help with the work behind your filing: preparing filing drafts, reading the documents you provide, and drafting English versions of official CNIPA notices. A person at Ginbing reviews that work before it reaches you or CNIPA.
What AI sees and does not decide
An AI tool sees the material its task needs, such as the text of a notice being translated or the details that go into a filing draft. AI does not decide whether to accept your order or set pricing. We do not sell your information, and we update this page when what AI handles changes.
Human responsibility
Ginbing is responsible for your filing and the CNIPA submission, not an AI provider. AI assists a person rather than replacing them: a person prepares and reviews the filing that goes to CNIPA and the notices and messages that reach you.
