AI connections you choose
You can search our goods and services taxonomy without connecting an account. If you authorize an AI connection, read access lets that client see your draft summaries, applicant contact and trademark preparation fields, goods and services, and whether required materials and signatures are ready. Draft-write access also lets it prepare or update your draft and filing signature. Files, including your trademark image, are uploaded on our website.
Our AI tools do not accept or return government identity numbers or identity-document contents. Complete those fields and upload documents on the website. AI preparation does not confirm that service starts, submit an application, or make a payment; you review and confirm those actions on the website.
Manage or disconnect clients in Account → AI connections. A connection stays active while you use it, including after you sign out of the website, and ends after 30 days without use. Disconnecting ends that client’s access immediately and does not sign you out of the website. The AI provider you choose handles the information it receives under its own privacy and data settings; our team workspace settings do not apply to your own ChatGPT or Claude account.
How we use AI
Our team uses ChatGPT Business to help prepare filings and answer support. Material we paste in can include your name, email address, the content of your messages to us, and the filing and identity documents you send us. Training is turned off on our workspace, so this material is not used to improve OpenAI’s models. OpenAI holds it under our data processing agreement with them. A person on our team reviews and decides everything that goes into your application.
Limits and responsibility
AI output can be incomplete or wrong. It cannot decide legal scope, clearance, CNIPA acceptance, filing truth, price, payment, or order status, and it cannot submit a filing. You remain responsible for confirming the mark, applicant, classes, and exact goods or services. Ginbing’s filing workflow remains the authority for any application sent to CNIPA.
