What a China trademark filing quote should show
The government application fee is only one part of the total. A useful quote separates the official schedule from agency work and shows how classes and item counts affect the amount due.

Start with the official fee schedule
CNIPA’s published schedule lists CNY 300 for a paper application in one class with up to 10 goods or services items, plus CNY 30 for each additional item. It lists CNY 270 for an electronic application that accepts electronic communications, plus CNY 27 for each item beyond 10. The schedule states that these rates have applied since July 1, 2019.
Check the current CNIPA fee table before relying on those figures. They are official fees, not a complete agency quote.
Then identify the service work and exclusions
Agency work may include checking the filing inputs, preparing the application, mapping selected goods or services, submitting through the recorded filing entity, tracking the matter, and handling notices within the quoted scope. Ask whether official fees, translations, extra items, refusal work, and later procedures are included or billed separately.
