CNIPA fees and agency service are different parts of the total cost

TLDR
CNIPA publishes official application fees. An agency quote may combine that fee with classification, drafting, submission, tracking, and notice handling.

The government fee is one part of a filing cost. Agency work, included goods or services items, and extra-item charges determine the amount a buyer is actually quoted.

The official application fee has its own schedule

CNIPA’s current trademark fee guide lists CNY 300 for a paper application in one class with up to 10 goods or services items, plus CNY 30 for each additional item. It lists CNY 270 for an electronic application that accepts electronic communications, plus CNY 27 for each additional item beyond 10.

These are official fee-schedule figures, not a statement that a particular Ginbing order uses one channel or that CNY 270 is the government cost of every order. The CNIPA trademark fee guide says the fee policy has been effective since July 1, 2019.

Agency service is a separate part of the cost

Agency service covers work around the official fee: confirming the filing inputs, drafting the application, classifying the listed goods or services, submitting through the filing entity, tracking the matter, and handling the official notices included in the service.

A lower government fee does not by itself tell you the total price, and a single agency total should not be described as though every dollar were paid to CNIPA.

Ginbing quotes the government fee and service together

Ginbing quotes one total of USD 150 per class. It includes the CNIPA filing fee and agency work for one mark with up to 10 goods or services items in that class. Each additional item beyond the first 10 in the same class is USD 10.

Use the pricing page and calculator for the current total, included-item count, and extra-item calculation.

Verify the quote before payment

Before paying, confirm the total, included items, filing entity, and notice handling. Ginbing files through Ginbing (Suzhou) Trading Co., Ltd. (金并(苏州)贸易有限公司), which can be checked through CNIPA’s agency inquiry.

The agency verification checklist explains the buyer checks. When the price and scope are clear, start a China trademark filing.
