What Ginbing’s $150 filing fee covers

The price and agency rule are separate facts

The current total is USD 150 per class. The pricing page owns the calculator, included-item count, and extra-item calculation. Covered foreign applicants file through a legally established trademark agency; read the foreign-applicant agency rule for the official-source links and direct-filing qualifier.

Ginbing’s self-service product is for applicants outside mainland China and routes filings through its recorded Suzhou entity. The agency work is included in the package rather than billed as a separate line.

Ginbing is that agency

Ginbing files through its own CNIPA-recorded entity, Ginbing (Suzhou) Trading Co., Ltd. (金并（苏州）贸易有限公司). It is listed on China’s official trademark agency register, which you can check yourself at CNIPA agency inquiry.

The price

USD 150 per class covers the CNIPA government filing fee and our agency filing of one mark, with up to 10 goods or services items in that class. Each additional item beyond the first 10 is USD 10.
