# Use Ginbing in Claude or ChatGPT

Add Ginbing to Claude or ChatGPT so your AI can search China trademark goods and services and prepare your Ginbing filing draft. You finish identity details, review, submit, and pay on Ginbing.

## Guide

Find Ginbing in Claude’s connector directory, or add it to ChatGPT with one address. Your AI can search the goods and services list used for China trademark filings and fill in your Ginbing draft. You add identity details, review, submit, and pay on Ginbing.

## What your AI can do

- **Without signing in.** Search the goods and services list used for China trademark filings, in English or Chinese, and check whether items you picked are still current.
- **After you connect your Ginbing account.** Start a trademark draft; fill in the applicant, contact details, mark, priority claim, and goods and services; prepare the typed filing signature; and tell you what is still missing. It can also list and read your drafts.

## What you finish on Ginbing

Identity numbers and files never pass through your AI, and your AI cannot submit or pay. On Ginbing you:

- enter the applicant’s identity document number and upload the identity document
- upload the trademark image, if your mark is a logo
- review the application, confirm the service start, submit it, and pay

When the draft is ready, your AI gives you these steps and a link to your Ginbing account.

## Add Ginbing to Claude

1. In Claude, open [Customize > Connectors](https://claude.ai/customize/connectors).
2. Select **Discover** and enter Ginbing in **Search connectors**.
3. Open Ginbing and select **Connect to Claude**. Search works straight away; Claude asks you to sign in to Ginbing the first time it starts or reads a draft.
4. In a chat, select **+**, then **Connectors**, and turn on Ginbing.

On Team and Enterprise plans, an owner adds Ginbing for the organization and members then connect. You can also add Ginbing as a custom connector with **https://mcp.ginbing.com/mcp**. See [Claude’s connector guide](https://claude.com/docs/connectors/getting-started).

## Add Ginbing to ChatGPT

1. Open [ChatGPT Plugins](https://chatgpt.com/plugins).
2. Select the plus button, then **Add custom MCP server**.
3. Name it Ginbing, choose **Public endpoint**, and paste **https://mcp.ginbing.com/mcp**.
4. Set authentication to OAuth, review the warning, select **I understand and want to continue**, then **Create as a plugin**.
5. Install it, start a new chat, type @, and select Ginbing.

Your ChatGPT plan and workspace settings decide whether you can add a custom MCP server.

## Connect your Ginbing account

The first time your AI starts or reads a draft, it opens Ginbing sign-in. Sign in with Google or an emailed code, then allow the AI app to read and prepare your filing drafts.

## Things to ask

- “Which China trademark classes cover handmade candles and candle holders?”
- “Search the China goods list for 咖啡 in class 30.”
- “Start a China trademark application for LUMEN for my candle business. The applicant is my company, Lumen Studio LLC.”
- “What is still missing from my trademark draft?”

## Disconnect

On Ginbing, open [AI connections](/account/connections) in your account and select **Disconnect**. You can also remove Ginbing from your AI’s connector or plugin list. Drafts already prepared stay in your account.

## Data and limits
